1. ring

Kiyomine is someone who doesn't dwell too much on every little detail life has to offer, unlike Takara (sometimes), who mulls over petty stuff too much that Kiyomine is surprised he hasn't lost his mind yet.

2. hero

Maybe that's why Kiyomine refuses to consider himself as the one who should make the first move, after all everyone knows Hosaka Kiyomine likes to toy around those he's interested in; take Fujishima Takara for example.

3. memory

Kiyomine will probably forget everything anyway--at some point, not as if Takara cared; next time Takara will come up with much better arguments.

4. box

Takara associates his roommate as a so-called 'black-box'--its content that can neither be fully understood nor fully predicted; a perfect way to describe how Kiyomine's mind works.

5. run

For Ayako, Kiyomine could run miles and miles around the city to see here; for Takara, however, Kiyomine has yet to find a proper answer besides a thoughtful 'hmmm'.

6. hurricane

Takara doesn't feel a rising whirlwind of emotions paining him, enlightening him, only a blankness that shrouds his mind and throws him off kilter--that in particular probably encourages Hosaka to plant one kiss, two kisses, three and then four on Takara's face more often than not.

7. wings

Okuno imagines a pair of black wings sprouting out of Reichi's back and two horns on his head as the dorm president wraps both Fujishima and Hosaka around his little finger with just a few threats; he sympathizes with his kouhai, Reichi is definitely plotting to get Fujishima and Hosaka together.

8. cold

At the beginning of the school year, the dorm felt empty and cold without the buzzing lamp in the ceiling and the TV turned on for background noise, now, however, Takara makes such a comfortable substitute to everything, not to mention a fascinating plush toy that he doesn't have to pressure the school's energy bills.

9. red

Kiyomine suddenly sees red and lashes out on Takara; in turn Takara gets off with a few scratch wounds, blood trailing out of his nostrils and a knockout Kiyomine in his bed.

10. drink

It's become almost a daily routine now; Kiyomine wakes up with a pounding headache while Takara reprimands him about his nightly adventures at the pubs as he passes Kiyomine a glass of water and two aspirins.

11. midnight

When Kiyomine first willingly climbed into Takara's bed, despite the fact that he found his little gesture rather bold, he had woken up several times around midnight just to make sure Takara was still sleeping by his side, just to make sure he had his arm secured around the Shorty’s lithe body; it wouldn't bode well if Takara were suddenly stolen from under his nose.

12. temptation

Akari believes wholeheartedly in Kiyomine and Takara's more-than-friendship bond (as long as she could make profits out of their pictures, hehehe); Nanase sees them as really, really close friends (Kiyomine is someone neither Nanase nor Mitsumi could be) whereas Mitsumi considers all above mentioned loose holes that not necessarily form the big picture (she still holds on to her impression that Kiyomine is the one who tempted Takara).

Tsukasa doesn't really know how to feel now that he has witnessed his brother, Reichi, cooing at a freshman and his cousin, Kiyomine, manhandling previously-mentioned freshman; his family is full of weirdoes.

14. music

"Aritomo-san, thank you for letting Sakura have a sleepover at my room," Takara smiles, sending Aritomo's heart to race a marathon up a hill--Takara calling his name is like music in his ears--until Hosaka throws something in his face, effectively stopping him from hugging (and kissing) Takara in his excitement.

15. silk

Ayako has long beautiful silky hair that always spread out a soft fragrance of flowers--wild ones, he thinks--definitely wholly different from Takara whose hair is short, soft and unkempt most of the times.

16. cover

With a resigned sigh, Takara slips under the bed sheets, careful not to kick Kiyomine awake (and get his head torn off) and closes his eyes in the darkness--almost too immediately he feels the familiar weight of Hosaka's arm across his chest, hugging him close like a plush toy.

17. promise

The frown slowly smoothes away from her brows once Ayako is satisfied that Kiyomine is in good hands with this cute, little lost kitten called Takara.

18. dream

Kiyomine doesn't always dream--or maybe he does--only he just can't remember any of them, not even a ghostly whisper of fear or happiness, but lately, a trend has begun to set out all over his unconscious mind and it has something to do with Takara taking delight in binding his wrists by the bedposts.

19. candle

The small flame flickered as Takara slipped the candle into the candleholder, placing it in the middle of the room and sat cross-legged besides it to watch the glow in fascination; Kiyomine had long abandoned his book in favor of watching every emotion flit in those eyes.

20. talent

Everyone calls it a talent; Kiyomine calls it a nuisance--really, life is boring if he could get everything he wants without using much effort like his graders or his club activities; that's why Takara is so interesting--he's not easily won over with just a peck on the cheek.

21. silence

Wataru mumbles something incoherently, head bowed down while Masuri grumbles about noisy 214 neighbours, 'how can those two always be so energetic early in the morning?', with his toothbrush sagging down tiredly in his mouth.

22. journey

Kou has only been gone outside his home country for a while (... 3 years) and now that brat of a roommate called Hosaka is planning on stealing his precious, precious Takara-chan and take him far and far away; he wouldn't allow it one bit.

23. fire

Kiyomine smirks, tightening his hold around Takara's neck in an attempt to keep him possessively close to his chest and watches the flames of anger in Mutsumi's eyes explode tenfold.

24. strength

Takara is Touya's slap into reality; Reichi is Touya's strength in this reality--it's really unfortunate that Takara is Kiyomine's and Reich isn't interested in any kind of relationship besides playing the dorm's father.

25. mask

As each day passes the mask that protected Kiyomine from everything else is slowly turning transparent like a see-through glass; Reichi could almost see the beginnings of a splinter and it's all because of one close encounter with the cute Fujishima.

26. ice

The icy edge Takara's words only made Kiyomine shiver in delight and anticipation of a good fight.

27. fall

Kouno doesn't want the day when Takara realizes he likes Kiyomine to come closer and closer to haunt his conscience for letting him go so easily.

28. forgotten

It's almost a half year now since Takara has last seen Kiyomine; in the back of his mind he wonders if Kiyomine has forgotten him and moved on to find a nice, docile, headstrong girl in his stead.

29. dance

In the summer, they skip afternoon classes together to sleep near the lake as fireflies practise a dazzling dance about their hair.

30. body

Takara admits, his roommate is really scary whenever Hosaka gets angry; in a minute Kiyomine could slam his body against the wall and torture him, be it flinging taunts or angry words or even teasing kisses.

31. sacred

The topic of Ayako ever getting married is a very sacred subject even Tsukasa is afraid to mention, but it doesn't seem like Takara fears for his life at all, even mentioning it to Tsukasa out of the blue.

32. farewells

Kiyomine will never say farewell, not now and not ever; Takara didn't get the chance to say so anyway, before Kiyomine starts throwing a tantrum about how much of a brat Takara is for leaving him behind.

33. world

Takara would like to see how the world actually fits in his life, unlike Kiyomine, who didn't see the need to find this out when his world already resolves around Ayako (and Takara).

34. formal

With Okuno and Reichi, Takara uses formal speech out of respect and admiration; with Kiyomine, however, Takara doesn't care how many insults he should come up with to get back at his roommate.

35. fever

Sometimes Takara hates his body for being too sensitive about his surroundings--easily weakened and then smothered by everyone, especially Kiyomine--but in his heart Takara is grateful Kiyomine knows at least how to handle a very sick patient.

36. laugh

His roommate, Takara notices, doesn't laugh often (or rather rarely); the nearest laughter Kiyomine has gotten to is a snort between a smirk and evilish chuckles.

37. lies

Reichi wonders at times how many lies those two would continue to spin around their hearts; that's not healthy, he tells Okuno, successfully making Okuno treat him again for dinner.

38. forever

Ayako knows that Kiyomine can't stay hers forever--he's still young albeit a bit selfish and needs all the effort Takara could unconsciously give her brother, or maybe is it called 'love'?

39. overwhelmed

Kiyomine doesn't get overwhelmed that easily; not even when he messes with Takara's mind about giving him kisses while tonguing down Takara's cheek with a fond lick.

40. whisper

Masuri finds the act of whispering into Wataru's ear very seducing, though, he can't say the same thing about Kiyomine and Takara, unfortunately, and watches an embarrassed Takara shout at a smirking Kiyomine with a shaky finger waving around in mid-air.

41. wait

Akari makes a rough calculation of how long she should wait getting Hosaka and Takara together in a compromising position while Mitsumi silently hopes the answer is 'not in a thousand years'.

42. talk

Touya feels evil eyes on his back whenever he so much smiles at Takara or touches his hand--if he turns around now, he'll most likely die under the full-forced glare.

43. search

Takara's eyes search Kiyomine's darker ones; it's the look in those eyes Takara can't explain in words but knows to act with a firm hug.

44. hope

There's hope and admiration painted all over Kiyomine's eyes, just not evident enough in his actions towards Takara, Ayako tells her older brother.

45. eclipse

If either Kiyomine or Takara so much confess even near the word 'like', Reichi fingers with the idea of calling that day the day the earth finally changing its eclipse.

46. gravity

It's always Kiyomine he turns to first, now, always Kiyomine he's comforted with; Takara doesn't remember when his world has started gravitating towards Hosaka's.

47. highway

The road to Kiyomine's heart is comparable to a highway--racing cars, rows after rows, several fallen tree branches and maybe even a few lost deers--Reichi explains to Takara, whereas Yoshiya fixes his glasses, not feeling generous enough to point out just yet that Reichi has lost the freshman around the word 'highway' a few minutes ago.

48. unknown

Nanase and Mitsumi aren't really sure about looking forward to the day Takara-chan would wake up and realize how his feelings for Kiyomine are far different from his for them; till that day comes they would try to prepare themselves for the inevitable.

49. lock

Kiyomine pulls Takara into the room and for safety measures, he locks the door behind him before holding Takara against the wall to lean in for a kiss.

50. breathe

Hosaka lets his tongue slide down across Takara's baby soft cheek to his collarbone, whispering to his skin that Takara shouldn't forget to breathe, and almost immediately Fujishima swallows his gasps and tries to even out his raspy breaths; it's their first time ever doing something like this together and hopefully not the last as Kiyomine banishes his noisy train of thoughts in favor of doting all his attention on the quivering body underneath his.
