| The Reyes family has been like a second family to me over the past several years. I met Margie in the fall of 1991 in our theatre class, she's the one holding her 6 month old baby in my graduation pic above.. "Baby" as of Nov 2001 is 7 and she has two more! Through many mutual trials and tribulation, we have maintained a rare real friendship even when I was hiding from the world Margie was and is tried and true. Now, I must tell you her dad(the one holding the pinata stick below) is a virtual McGyver! He fixed my 82 Mustang with a hair pin, and a key loop. Amazing.. And her big brother Bernie, well he helped me from becoming homeless...in an incredibly generous way...(my first born is betrothed to you Bernie as collateral! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!! P.S. This is one of the most brilliant and kind hearted families I have ever met. They have two engineers (Bernie and Gloria, who just had a little smiley baby , one in the making (Angel, the boy next to me) and a teacher (Margie) in this family! They think Lydia, the one I'm holding above who's now 14 will be the last kid to become an engineer! |
