It's time for Aaaanimaniacs! Starring Dot, Death and the Diva! (and she really is....a diva that is) Fall 95 or 96, I think.
My girlfriend Elizabeth, and I at a restaraunt in which she performed...she sings mariachi and opera...Spring 97 I believe, She's still as of today (end of 2001)still a great great buddy! Oh, and she just cut her first CD and will be embarking on a nationwide tour any minute now. Go Elizabeth! Love ya girlie! |
This photo above was the infamous Bakersfield Jazz Festival Sprin 96 or 95 in which when after the festival was over, I was lying on the lawn fast asleep...this girl in the photo ditched me! (her nam is Jen.) I had a little too much vino. And actually don't remember when this photo was taken. Hrrrupmph!
Now the blurry gentleman (Marv) felt violated when I told him he was on my page (I blurred him at his request.). He is on an "anti-photo" campaign and says when someone takes his photo they steal his soul. Now this photo was taken sometime in 1992 or 1993. He recently as of Dec 2001 received a huge career advancment and well...let's just say, his current living location is to remain secret. Now that he and I are in communication again, I would like to start the campaign of finding a good woman for Marv. Only godesses need apply. The other gentleman (Mike) is an accomplished jazz vocalist still singin' at CSUB as of fall 2001 (like yers truly) and works in wireless communication...like my buddy Marv.
(above)Ellis and Gerry at the Bakersfield Jazz festival. All three of us hold the record (well I don't anymore since I've moved so much), for the most festivals attended. The jazz fest started in 1987 and that's when we started attending...every single year. Gerry today as of latter 2001 is still an accomplished saxophonist I met in high school band in 86. He and I will be doing some collaborations this year musically. Live and recorded in 2002 and beyond.

The Three Divas circa 95. The one in the middle,Lisa is expecting her third child this Jan 2002! You go Lisa! Love ya girlie!
