Ash Ketchum is a determined Pokemon Trainer, trying to become the greatest Pokemon Master ever by battling with his friends, his Pokemon, and traveling with his human companions. He never gives up and has many friends. His hometown is Pallet Town. Ash won the Orange League championships but LOST the at the Indigo Plateau. He is currently STILL traveling in Johto in the series. His favorite Pokemon that he has is his Pikachu. Pikachu is very special to Ash Ketchum. His mom is very PROTECTIVE of him and she has a Mr. Mime. He got his Pikachu from Professor Oak.
Brock is a Pokemon breeder that travels with Ash Ketchum (look above) and Misty Waterflower (below) and in 2 seasons, Kimi (look at the bottom of the page). He used to be a gym leader AND he took care of his many brothers and sisters while his father was away. His father comes back later in the episode or if not that episode, the next episode. When his father comes back, he takes over the title of Gym Leader and he also takes care of the brothers and sisters while Brock goes to travel with Ash and Misty. Brock has a strange obsession with pretty girls, Officer Jennys and Nurse Joys. He wants to marry ALL of them. Brock has many rare Pokemon and in the middle of the series, he leaves to help out Professor Ivy. Brock is replaced by Tracey Sketchit who then leaves when Brock comes back. Must be something to do with rivalry or wanted Ash and Misty all to themselves. (See my fanfic "Rivalry Among the Least Expected".) Ash and Misty go to the Ketchums' house, where they find Brock helping Mrs. Ketchum. When Brock hears Professor Ivy mentioned, he will curl up into a ball and turn purple, blue and scared. He refuses to tell what happened. (Refer to my explaination fanfic "Speechless and Scared".)
