| LOVE Through the dim shadowing of this dream With shame and innocent surprise I move in light of my own making, as I beam, Feeling glances that come to me, deep from within your eyes. There are not enough words to tell of that power As I spread my wings in ray and fly to your rise, Or for that passion held over me in this hour When I feel the warmth within your arms and of my Paradise. Such fantasies haunt me, like wild fire, Brightening only us two, as we frolic in this while, With phantoms fair and forbidden desire, Like touching droplets in the mistx of a rainbow with our smile. I see the true, soul felt tenderness deep within these eyes of blue It is then that I catch the last waking hue of the early mornings ray With pure heart and the light of your spirit showing through As my memories of your moonbeam fade me back into day. TRANQUILITY My ship moves swiftly through the dark light of the moon Toward this wonderful expanse, where it glows with city. My life is illume with light, Giddy from breezes that swell this sail, As my mind mingles and drifts with the waters waves, Silently lapping and swaying, forward then away, closer to home. Oh! What a vision of heavens energy are these stars! Each in its different shrines of magnificent light, As I awaken from the time of that which I have slept, Embracing in intense pleasure of Loves bittersweet delight, Here in this lone little vessel that I sail by this moons night. My breath turns to passion with thoughts of a song I sing for you, And I watch the sea birds give way to flight, circling to reach their Milky Way, With dawns warm glow, they fly much higher, only to begin descent into dusks early hour. Tears of joy spill, filling the sweet pain of this abyss! Sending me into effervescence as my dream wakes enfolded in your arms of earthly bliss. This boat reaches its shore and I leave my footprint in this sand, Looking back, I watch tomorrows wave sweep them away as the tide rushes in. My journey continues as I listen to the soft echoes floating at this waters edge, Breezes blow gently against my face reminding me of daylights past, and I wake, Tranquil and content to this heartbeat, as I claim this ships flag and sail me out to sea again. |
