| Thursday 1/17/08 - Silver Sleepover ... Sorting and labeling AR points on over 1,500 books for the project. Monday 2/4/08 - Finished Silver Project work! We had pizza and drinks for dinner. Elisabeth provided the 60 bags with handles for the presentation. Wednesday 2/6/08 Presented �It�s All About the Books� Silver Project to the Teachers of John Young Elementary! Over 46 Hours of Service! MARCH AND APRIL MEETINGS - WRAP UP PAPERWORK FOR COUNCIL! |

| Time Line: � October 1 -Email our flyers to Mrs. Kimberley. � October 19 - Collect the gently used books. � November 1-9 - Flyers out at school � November 12 - 16 Penny for Popsicle Week. [12-pennies, 13-nickels, 14-dimes, 15-quarters, 16-any other change] Collect the money that week. � By November 12 - Everyone - Find companies that would like to donate. � December 4 - Book Fair. 2pm-8pm � We have to take pictures with the books and doing your specific area of the Project. � Create a presentation for Staff meeting. � Decorate the boxes that we use for the books. � Luncheon for teachers in Dec/Jan. � Brittani, Kathryn & Nadia make flyers for baseball. � Bianca & Elisabeth make flyers and make an announcement at there church. � Emily going around her neighborhood. � Courtney & Ashley goes around the school. � Camping 10/19 - Journaling, labels & dots. � BEAR for Ms. Abramson's room.
