Multidisciplinary engineering work for Escondida Mining Corporation in a $1.1 Billion Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mega project (110,000-ton/day coppers concentrates plant). Performed civil/structural design and coordinated work between main office and jobsite. Reported to Project Engineer.

Promotion to Field Engineer (COPIAP� & LOS VILOS, CHILE) 
Multidisciplinary work for Los Pelambres Mining Co. in a $1.4 Billion Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management (EPCM) mega project (85,000-ton/day coppers concentrates plant); and Phelps Dodge in a $450 Million EPC mega project (85,000-ton/day copper concentrate plant). Provided assistance to constructors at the jobsite regarding procedures, materials and project advance. Performed QA/QC tasks such as QA procedures and QC audits. Negotiated and bought construction materials. Reviewed and revised contractor�s payment reports. Reported to Project Engineer and Project Manager.

Trainee Civil Engineer (ANTOFAGASTA, CHILE)   
Consulted Broken Hill Proprietary (BHP) Ltd. in a 250 Million EPCM project.  Provided assistance to constructors at the jobsite regarding procedures, materials and project advance. Performed QA/QC tasks. Issued non-conformance reports.

TESTING LTDA. (SANTIAGO, CHILE)     
Team Project. Studied the status of the urban transportation system for the Second Region of Chile. Collected 5 cities� roads quantitative and qualitative data on the field. Entered data in the Urban Pavement Administration and Maintenance System (SAMPU) software, which helps in the decision-making process budgeting governmental funds to be used in road construction.
