History was made in New Hampshire as Nate Robertson(7-11) tossed a no-hitter

and the Valeste Elemores defeated the New Hampshire Vampires by the score of

3 to 0.

 

Robertson had overwhelming stuff tonight.  He simply never gave the New

Hampshire batters a decent pitch to drive.  He walked 2 New Hampshire

batters.  The tension was mounting with every inning after the 6th.

Robertson appeared oblivious himself to the mounting history until two were

out in the 9th.  Only then, did he allow himself one deep sigh and a slow

trip around the mound.  Valeste totaled 9 on the night. 

 

Odalis Perez(3-13) was charged with the loss.  'Robertson pitched one heck of

a game!' KR Pfister said.  'He didn't get away with any bad pitches because

he just didn't throw any bad pitches.  What a performance!'
