If he didn't, who would? No ex-JW would do that, for it would serve no purpose. Only a JW would do that, in order to make fun of the ex-JWs. There are at least 2 other bogus entries in the database from people who claim to be JWs and who condemn the people on the list.
So, how do you know Fred didn't put that up himself?
