The Awake! article is an excellent counterpoint to the dogmatic view that blood transfusion is a great boon to mankind and an absolute necessity. It is neither. Blood transfusion is filled with danger, something more and more medical professionals are willing to contemplate.
Isn't it ironic that as more "reformers" press for abandoning the blood policy, more medical professionals are considering and using alternatives to blood transfusion, and bloodless surgery?
