We do have legal grounds. And there is precedence (ie., Scientology). First of all I never "pledged" anything to them. My baptism was my first assembly and I was taken by surprize when they read the two questions. I did not answer yes to the second because I didn't understand it and there were a million thoughts going on in my head. They NEVER DISCLOSED this to me. That means "failure to provide complete disclosure". Furthermore, when I asked if I was free to leave I was told I was. Another lie. Thirdly, they concealed facts. Fourthly, they deny my civil liberties. The list goes on and on. Enough testimonies to this same experience has a chance in a court of law at the very least. And even if we loose, the borg does not want that kind of media exposure. We need to find some good, willing lawyers and put our pennies together. I say we DO IT!
