It's not an explicit teaching that can be found in print. It is an implicit teaching that is found throughout WTS literature and is proved by the behavior of the JW community towards anyone who brings up past mistakes.
A JW website (I don't know if it's still around) has listed a number of things that are evidences of apostasy. One thing was "bringing up past mistakes". I also know from personal experience in dealing with lots of JWs on the Net that this is a criterion.
You don't believe me? Go to any JW-only Net forum and post something critical about the Society's blunders about 1975. See how fast you get labeled "apostate" and probably get booted off.
