Evolution doesn't take away from the word of God. Just view Genesis as an allegory of how God used evolution to creat man. Simple.
To not believe the Genesis account of creation doesn't make it error.
It just means you don't believe.
My belief or non-belief in the Genesis account of creation is irrelevant. The facts matter, and the facts say that a literal reading of the account is wrong.
Now you can ignore the facts and still believe in a literal Genesis creation account, if you want. That is your right. I choose otherwise. That is my right.
