On what legal grounds? Remember, the WTS is a religion, and when people get baptized they pledge to obey them. That's hard to get around in a court of law, since the law is hesitant to involve themselves with religious matters.
It takes more than desire to fight the WTS. You also need to have some facts on your side that will impress a judge and jury.
