Yes, it applies to all emails sent to the domain hourglass2.org (h2o@hourglass2.org, rick@hourglass2.org, kristin@hourglass2.org, etc.) or the shell account email h2o@cyberpass.net.
I'm still hoping the admins at Cyberpass will restore the email. I have emailed them about it.
