I doubt it. I thought of that analogy too, but the fact is none of us have ever experienced anything close to being eternal. Who is to say that steak will taste just as good after you've had it two-hundred-quintillion times? The most we can say is we like that pizza after 40 or 50 years of trying it. I'll bet even pizza gets old during eternity.
I think I have developed the taste, I am ready for lots more of it and instead I am approaching the short rows. No morbid fear of it, just rather have some more.
Me too. If I die and find myself in some afterlife -- wonderful! A bonus I never expected. In the meantime, I'm enjoying life while I have it, and expecting nothing else.
