When I was about seven years old, spending the summer with my grandparents, a neighbor boy and I were playing in a pasture behind his house. There was a dirt road through the pasture which his father had recently had "paved" with pebbles and shell bits. I found a smooth, transparent, shiny stone among the rocks and showed it to my friend. "Wow, it's a diamond!" he exclaimed. We spent the better part of the next hour scouring the path for other "diamonds" and collecting them together in a pile, believing with all our hearts that we were rich due to the serendipity of these "diamonds" being here on my friend's property. I couldn't wait to show my grandparents our bountiful find.

From a similar find in the bible, you have reached a similar conclusion regarding an organization.
