Oh, I see. Thanks for responding. You are right, of course. I wrote the letter for my own healing. Sort of to cap it off. I feel that it is all behind me now, and the act of writing and mailing the letter were like the closing of the door on a lot of noise and chaos.
At the end of the letter I wrote that if anyone needs a kind shoulder to lean on because of wanting to leave, that they are welcome to contact me. I wrote that because I told them that I didn't want elders in this town calling on me with WTS literature, that they were not welcome here. BUT, that anyone who needed a kind ear in order to weather leaving the WTS could contact me.
LOL, I'm sure they passed THAT around the congregation. hahahah NOT!
