I remember when still in the mindset, I saw a blood transfusion. I couldn't breath; the only thing on my mind was, "Its poison!" It was Pavlovian. I had been trained. And I had been living on my own and in my own way, for years and still the garbage surfaced. That overwhelming, irrational fear enveloped me.
Thank God He kept me from harm so I could learn of the real truth.
I pray Practicus will never have to make a decision which involves the very life of a loved one. The reason why we have an opportunity to even accept Christ as our Saviour is because He laid down His life, namely it was His blood that paid for mine and everyone's sin. So, if you take the blood of Christ lightly I think it only follows that you will take the lives of others lightly too.
