Tantalus,

You said:

:You minimize this by saying being in the First Army Reserve involves only five or six hours a week on a Saturday or Sunday and that they wouldn't serve if called to action.:

I said that the military service requirement would involve service one day a week for one year. Being in the military reserves requires nothing on the part of the individual.

::Hmmm, liars and crooks, but only if convicted by their own conscience. Maybe this is where Franz got the idea for the name of his book. You mention seeing the documents, have you read the book???::

As I stated previously, the Society did not endorse this course of action. And although the vast majority of dealings with government officials in Mexico would require "money under the table", this course of action should not be endorsed by anyone.

The point I was making is that one must stretch the situation in Mexico (As Ray Franz did) to make it comparable with the situation in Malawi.

Yes, I have read both of Ray's books.
