This reminds me of the odd times that Bibleman claims not to be Gary LaMotta (as though two people are using the same machine).
Some possibilities here are;
a) There is a shared computer in the common room of Gary's ward...
b) Gary has MPD...
c) Gary is about eighteen, and spends his nights with another Bud-lite swilling troll spinning out fantasies about gay black Messiahs... and pretending to be GB, DaJahVeu, etc. into the bargain.

Whatever or whoever he/they is/are, he/they have WAY too much spare time...
