Can I ask you a question? Have I ever, anywhere in any of my posts, actually said I believe in evolution?
And since I haven't, why do I take the role of pro-evolutionist in this little interview? Just curious.
I'm not saying that I don't believe in evolution. I'm not saying that I do. I don't KNOW enough about the theory to make an informed choice.
That may be the difference between us... I choose to LEARN, to RESEARCH, to QUESTION. I don't BLINDLY decide to believe in God. Nor do I BLINDLY decide to believe in evolution.
I just barely left the WTBS in March. I'm not going to rush into taking sides on any issue too quickly. I have healing to do. This questioning of the authenticity of the Bible (which seems to really have you personally pissed off) is part of my healing process.
Right now I don't BELIEVE the Bible to be some direct dictation from God. I doubt I ever will. But I DON'T KNOW. As I said, I haven't blindly made my mind up yet.
So as to your post... interesting. But I can't debate evolution with you. I don't know specifics.
You seemed to have judged me as an idiot based on my few recent posts here. That's your perogative. But what is it they say about people who live in glass houses?
