INTERVIEW WITH BIBLEMAN REGARDING EVOLUTION (PARTIAL):
KC: So you think the people who believe in evolution are dumb, you say? TB: Not really. I just think they don't face some fundamental facts. ABIOGENSIS for instance. KC: "Abiogenesis"? TB: Yes. Whenever I've brought this up, the evolutionists bail out and tell me "You can't know everything..." or something like that. It's something they can't explain. You know. How did it all start since biochemically things tend to disintegrate into simpler forms rather than evolving into complex forms. You have to think of evolution at the atomic level. KC: What do you mean? TB: The atomic level. That is, a simple compound like water, H-2-0, or a simple salt like sodium chloride. These are molecular-level compounds made up of a couple of atoms. This is chemistry in its simplest form. Now to develop life, various simple molecular components such as these have to arrange themselves into complex molecules to form even the simplest biological structure. A single cell is made up of many complex parts, such as the outer membrane, some type of DNA replication, some means of digestion, etc. So can you imagine millions of atoms just ACCIDENTALLY falling together to form a single complex organism? Especially when inorganic chemistry is trying to go into the OPPOSITE direction? KC: What do you mean? TB: I mean, even if you started with a semi-complex molecule, something simple like a protein or something, the building blocks of an organic structure, the laws of chemistry will automatically try to break it down into its simplest basic molecular form. That's why when something dies, it doesn't evolve, it simply disintegrates into it's most basic form. Thus the NATURAL LAWS of nature go in the OPPOSITE direction of evolution. The LAWS OF NATURE thus tell us that "life must beget life" since inorganic compounds tend to simplify themselves naturally if there is any kind of a chemical reaction whatsoever. It takes independent life to manipulate simple compounds into complex organisms. Thus based upon that very FUNDAMENTAL concept, we know evolution is unscientific. Something had to start it all off. An outside source of LIFE had to begin the process. See what I mean? KC: Oh, I see. TB: Right. That's why I say it's just DUMB to believe in evolution. They can't even get it started, why are we dealing with incidental theories as to what happened in the middle? KC: So what is your final word on evolution. TB: I don't have a final word on evolution. What I do bring up, though, is that as far as the Bible is concerned, it is scientifically correct. KC: How so? TB: Well, the Bible says that God made everything to produce after it's kind. And it does! The Bible didn't say, "I shall make a single creature which shall then evolve to form an ever-ending variety of other life forms, which then will continue to evolve to continue forming new and different life forms..." If it said that, then what we have now, which is kind producing kind, would be UNSCIENTIFIC. So the Bible agrees with fundamental observed science. KC: What about all the science now available that proves evolution. TB: Since evolution is a false theory, it is impossible that anything scientific can prove anything false. But I understand how people fall for this. My comment on that is simply that I'm not in a position to check behind the scientists and their theories. It's easy for some Professor to come up and make a claim regarding some theory he thinks he has proven. The average person in the street, though, can't really check his theory out to see if he missed something or if there is a variable or anything. So we're expected to just accept his theory. So that's the problem I have with these so-called "scientific" proofs. You have to be at least as knowledgeable as they are to check behind their work. So I just imagine they've made some technical error yet to be discovered and dismiss it. It's just an ARGUMENT until proven, and they have proven nothing to anyone if that person doesn't understand it. KC: Well what about radiocarbon dating and all that? TB: What about it? Can we rely upon that as a tool? KC: Well... TB: NO! We know it's an incompetent tool, because we know their dates are incorrect. That's the first basis for not believing in this nonsense is to realize just by their impossible dating that they are doing something wrong. So it's just a scientific theory right now. In the meantime, the Bible remains a true book of science. And do those theories affect me? NO! It's just words on a page. So when it comes to accepting a theory of science yet to be proven against the Bible, I just dismiss it. But I CAN dismiss it because they can't actually PROVE that their theories are true. Furthermore, they may be misinterpreting some real evidence as well. They don't know everything, and the father in the ancient past things go, the less anyone can be sure of anything. So I simply have chosen to trust the Bible when there is a conflict. That's just my PERSONAL view. KC: I see.. TB: So basically what I'm saying is that I'm not concerned with evolution or science coming up with anything that will prove all of a sudden: "OOPS! There is no God after all." That's ridiculous. And in the meantime, with everything around us that is so obviously by intelligent and purposeful and ARTISTIC DESIGN, how can anyone deny there is an incredible intelligent Being behind all this? Are we to think like the evolutionists that all this just happened by CHANCE? KC: Yeah, I see.. TB: Yeah, right! It's like: HEY, LADY! THE MOON IS ROOOOOOOOOOUND! Hello? Let's get a grip. KC: Okay, well that's all the time we have. Unless you want to add something. TB: No. Evolution is a no-brainer and is of no concern to me. It distracts others, but not me. My ace-in-the-hole is just to ask the evolutionists about ABIOGENSIS and then they shut up, so that's the end of the discussion. KC: Okay, thank-you, Thomas... TB: You're welcome. Anytime. KC: Okay.
