What if the next issue of the Watchtower said something like the following...
"It is Jehovah's promise that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will be resurrected by the end of this month."
Now... What if those men are *not* resurrected by the end of this month? (nor will they be resurrected next month, next year, or even the next decade, etc.?)
How would you view such a pronouncement (that will turn out not to be true)?

Instead of the above Watchtower saying that it was "Jehovah's promise" it will say, "It is the Governing Body's promise that Abraham Isaac and Jacob will be resurrected by the end of this month?"
What would you think if the Governing Body said this? What would you think if what they are promising doesn't happen?
