When I read your post about wanting to have some on-going experiment to prove or disprove evolution, I immediately recalled a few journal articles I read for a bacterial genetics course I took in university.
I personally believe this will be one of the hardest pieces of evidence for anti-evolutionists to refute. The reality of micro-evolution is verifyable by any who want some samples of the bacteria taken along the over ten year stretch.
