Religion is the "opium of the people" ( Karl Marx) and blinds the minds of humans. Science is a form of religion but at least the majority of scientist are open minded. I was watching a program on the History Channel called:"The first Americans". Of course is almost impossible to pin point with total accuracy when the "first americans arrived to the continent. But its obvious that the history of Adam and Eve and the 6000 years time period of the creation of man is in serious jeopardy.
Its good to use our freedom and power of reasoning and evaluate the evidence available to us.
