AF: I agree with you in your first comment. I was only attempting to lay out some concepts. I realize that the logistics and available data make this impractical. I have no arguement with you. Perhaps I poorly worded my statements.
As to the probibilities suggested in mathematical models, I can say this: None of these models deal with changes from non-life to life that I know of. They only address formation of basic chemical building blocks required for life. All of the other components and mechanisms necessary for transformaton to life are not known.
I drew my meterial from a professor who teaches biology in Richland, Washington. He provided some reference material which I do not have readily available at the moment. The situation where I encountered him was at a public conference held to debate teaching that intelligent design may be a possibility. He presented some great arguements. I do not pretend to have the expertise to support or refute him. I am only trying to stimulate discussion.
By the way AF, I believe you know me personally. I have a binder from you with about 500 pages of material you prepared in refuting the Watch Tower's book on evolution. I would give my name and email, but I don't want to release that in a public forum.
