HI Ros.
You are absolutely correct in your views of evolution.
We have no problems with "Evolution". As a matter of fact, we have biblical evidence of evolution in and among a species. The fact that humans die is profound evidence of evolution.
Evolution, by definition, is, "a process of change in a certain direction: UNFOLDING" Certainly life to death fits this definition.
What we don't have is evidence, either micro or macro, of one species changing into another. Darwin called this "The missing link." Evolutionist, and it's only because of the silent majority that they have attained such a foothold in education, would have you believe that the fossil records show this, only they haven't found the records yet. They will shake their fingers under your nose, and accuse you of "Ignorant ramblings" when you blow the smoke away from their stage by asking for this simple proof. They will muddy the waters so as to not let you see what's passing by, and what's passing by is the premise that one species has evolved into another.
Now again, we humans have a little finger on both hands. This might be a product of evolution because of lack of use. Humans are probably taller than say 100 yrs ago. This could be due to the fact that we don't perform the same task that were performed 100 yrs ago. This is evolution, and the BIBLE supports this. Man can't produce anything but another human. There are varying degrees of our color, but we're all human. We have all different kinds of dogs, cats, fish, and plant life; but, the simple fact of the matter is we can't produce a cat from a dog, a cow from a pig, a banana tree from a sycamore. You see that point I'm sure. But, in reality, to believe evolution of one species to another you have to believe that at one time this happened. You see the flaws and erroneous logic here I'm sure.
