I had a witness lady come to my door and we got to talking. I told her I was raised as a witness even though I had never been baptized. I had some things in the bible that I wanted to discuss with her and she said she would come back the next week. When she came back I showed her what I wanted to and she said "How do you think you would know better then the society? For one thing you smoke and so God isnt even with you." I told her "Yes I know he is. He has helped me so much in my life." and she said "No he wouldnt do that. Not with you smoking." I think she is wrong.
Also I had told her that the witnesses had studied with me in another town before I moved here and she asked me who the People were...meaning names. So I told her and the next thing I find out is that she had called that person to find out about me I guess. I feel like my privacy was invaded. What does anyone here think about all of this??
