Thanks for that bit about the Neanderthal boy. My problem with it is that Neanderthals supposedly had vacated that area a few thousand years before the boy's time, plus the demise of the Neanderthanls altogether. I guess biologically it was possible for humans and Neanderthals to interbreed, but this boy is about the only 'evidence' we have, right? That's not very much to convince me.
I get a chuckle out of the Creation book's argument that Neanderthal man was simply a variation of humanity who died out, but that humanity has only been around for 6,000 years.
