The void is the natural isolation that exists between separate organisms. We can't get inside each other. We can talk or otherwise impinge on the senses of others and that's it. We can't really talk to each other. We are all talking to ourselves. At best we can eavesdrop. (Eavesdrop. Haven't used that word in a while. I wonder what the etymology of THAT word IS?)
