When I asked him about it he said, "Your Body of elders came up with that explanation." But when I asked them about it they said, "The Circuit Overseer is the one who told them that the Governing Body directed that all such requests for resignation must be deleted on the above grounds.
I tended to believe the Elder's explanation. I couldn't picture them coming up with "Disloyalty to the Society" on their own.
