Camryn: Your resignation letter closely matches my own. I resigned in 1992. The Body of Elders voted unanimously to keep me on and reject my resignation. It was not accepted until I forced it upon the CO a few months later. The comments made by some bros/sis is that I did not hgave what it takes to be an Elder. Yet I served 25 years in the org. and most of that time as an Elder & MS.
