Sure you make a good point, it was some of that. I guess my personal breaking point was just being worn out, on the run all the time. Trying to make things happen in personal life and then maintaining my activity as an elder. That's when I began to reevaluate the WTS. For 2 or 3 years I began to see things happening in the KH, JW culture and what the Society was saying from a more critical position.
Do I really believe that this is the truth? Is this God's organization? Are they really the FDS? Where is the evidence that God is truly using these men, the WTS? Why are JW's so plagued with problems. What made me so willing to follow without evidence? Why was I willing to except their explanations without doing the proper research? After all it’s suppose to be the truth. Answering these questions led to me leaving, fading away from the ORG. Since leaving I've been able to upgrade my pay, profession and family development and closeness, life is so good. I'll never return to a totalitarian type of religion like that of the JW's again.
Much of what they ask of their followers is unnecessary and disruptive to normal living and personal development. If what you say is true:
"Even if the WTS is one Org. among others that God is using, it remains suitable for whomever wants it."
Then I think all JW's should take your suggestion and consider that God may be using other orgs and re-examine the WTS/JW's. Take in account what others outside the JW faith says, look at what has happened to themselves and other families. Are they satisfied with where they are from a personal, family, professionally, business, education and financially, standpoint? If not, why not? Look at things from a honest, objective view and they will find that the WTS religion is very lacking, unproductive, totalitarian and stunts the personal growth of it’s followers. The next step is the obvious one, leave never go back and move on with living. Why squander precious life and resources behind mere humans and lies? Why live rat race lifestyles on the recommendations of men who can't prove and have no evidence that they are the FDS and the only spokesman for God? They may find the WTS dogmatic view of the FDS is unscriptural and leave on that basis alone. Why follow men and an org who maintain such a BIG lie? Why put up with the coercion that is built in the cult when it does not come from a divine source?
Take care, Sparky
