What I don't get is how an entire congregation managed to all agree on this. Did you guys disfellowship everyone who didn't agree with independence? Did you ship them to another cong? Didn't bros and sisses have problems with friends of theirs in other congs? Didn't the elders of other congs have a problem with this? And most importantly: If you want independence from the org, why do you have a problem with the entire cong being disfellowshipped? Isn't that precisely what you want? Independence?
