Thats simple. They are using their favorite tactic, its called DOUBLE STANDARDS, OR HYPOCRISY.
They have the money and the lawyers to get what they want, but what is good for them is not good for anyone anyone else.
Most people will back down from a court case, the money needed to fight in courts is out of this world. The society knows this, so since they have all that "DONATED" money, tax free money, they know that most people will back down when they threaten to take them to court.
I guess this is part of all that "LOVE" they show everyone. Maybe it is fear of the real "TRUTH" coming out about what they are really like.
I can remember in my old congregation when ever somebody was having problems, the first concern was how will it make the society look? Things were covered up, all for the sake of "making the socity look good".
I didn't matter what was right or wrong, as long as the society looked good. Can't do anything that might make the society look bad.
Kind of like over at witnesses.net where anyone who dares speak out against the society lasts about 2 seconds before getting deleted.
Boy am I glad not to be part of that hypocrisy anymore.
