Malik is one you might take as an example. Do you think he is just ignoring contradictions or exploring them? How about Anthony Buzzard? Maybe it is not a 'fairie tale'?
I understand but I hope you do continue to consider the Deism route. I don't think we need one perfect book for a God to exist.
