When I read what you have said, it is clear to me that them coming out in the beginning as you mentioned only proves the point that they don't try to hide any misunderstandings of the past.
Second you say it is not right to be patient if the understanding isn't there! There are older ones who hold on to ideas and once set in their ways, don't like changes. This is very difficult for some. Some like me, change is a minor issue and glad that they keep progressing and not stuck in the dark ages.
All religions, and speakers for them claim to have the word of God, why does that make you so mad? More specifically, why does it make you so mad when Jehovah's Witnessess claim what all other religions claim. You can't forget we are talking about religion.
You bringing up the mediator thing with me does not make me want to quit what I am doing because I "don't understand" that matter. This is all it is saying. Don't leave because you don't understand a few points given. I don't claim to understand everything, but I do understand some very strong teachings that are big.
I don't see why you take offense to this. Seems like you are looking really hard to have reasons to hate them.
