There's a lot of that going around. A church in California will give you a minister's liscense for $20, you can get the sign for your car so you can park anywhere anytime. For a set "love donation" you can get all kinds of degrees, including counseling, based on life experience (no course or test to take). You can buy your clothes tax free and make lots of money doing simple services like weddings and funerals.

Even though the sight you linked to is just for fun, examples like these tell us how simple it really is and warns us that just because someone is a liscensed minister, it doesn't mean squat. It really is as simple as your link makes it sound.
