No idea if this is idle boasting or not, but these are his words (please don't take his words personally, Rick -- he speaks only for himself. We made PB an honorary KultKrimeFighter and natch that gives
him some tools and weapons and "license" that the avg civilian does not have... and we are glad he is using

PB, is right and we have as well long maintained, that places such as H2O are comfy cozy little nooks to meet and chat...
