As for the alternate site, are you referring to this one? I did notice the guestbook is blank. That's strange, it's as if somebody wiped it out or something. You can sign the guestbook and post comments but the page accepting those posts has simply been deleted. Suppose it's the same one with initials "PB" you mentioned? :-I
Why would PB want to wipe H2O off the map, if your sources are correct? What is the possible motive?
