I have been looking for answers just like you and there are no answers, just more questions.
It seems to me you just have to decide from your own feelings as to the way you view God. Others can tell you how they feel but it doesn't satisfy your own mind. I hear others say they know God has spoken to their heart through the holy spirit and they can feel it. Sometimes they shout etc.
Can I say they are lying? I don't know.
I remember the bible account of David dancing around naked because of his excitement over the ark of the covenant. Is this the same thing they expierence? Is it just emotion? I'm tempted to try it and see.
When you expect evidence for your answers you will be left with more questions than answers.
