To put it very briefly; opinions are certainly not silenced here. However, as this is a moderated board, the way in which the opinions are stated is expected to fall within agreed bounds. These parameters are set out in the FPP, and are available for all to see.
The moderators do a good job here, as you'll see if you stick around.
