Your criticisms have not gone unanswered by many qualified evolutionists. For instance, it is true that it is highly incredible that highly complex and sentient beings like us humans have evolved from lower life forms. Yet, the anthropological evidence is strikingly in favor of that hypothesis.
Contrarily, there exists absolutely zero evidence that humans are the product of direct, divine invention. The arguments of "irreducible complexity" and so forth are mere hand-waving in counter to the real proposal that is Darwinian evolution.
The fossil record is abundant with evidence of transitional forms. It should not be surprising that relatively few do exist. The problem with creationists is that once a transitional form is found between specimen A and specimen C which is labelel specimen B, they clamor for more transitional links between A and B, such as an A1. Or several A1s. When those are discovered, the cycle continues.
I also find it amusing when creationists assert that the evolution theory maintains that life came from "nothing." That's entirely what theistic creationists propose, not evolutionists.
