Julie,

Of course, another question arises; what does one tell a new Bible Study about WTS errors? The actual truth, selected parts of the truth or only the standard WTS line?

It is a real dilemma for JWs who consider themselves to be honest but who also know about the Society's various "mistakes." A good JW much attempt to convert others but is prohibited from speaking certain of his or her own opinions if they can be considered to be "divisive." Can you imagine telling a new Bible study that the 1914 doctrine is, in your opinion, wrong, as is the Society's blood policy. Especially if your PO or CO is along on the study with you to "encourage" you. The phrase "just obeying orders" comes to mind.
