I read your many predictions about the future of
the WTS with great interest. They tend to be "steady
state", of course, extrapolating the downward trends
into a picture of demise and compromise for the
Brooklyn masters.

Yet, there is a wild card.
It's called extraterrestrial life.

This point opened my eyes: The universe is vast
beyond our comprehension, billions of galaxies
containing billions of stars with billions of
planets circling. It seems the greatest foolishness
to ascert that we are alone - regardless of life's
origins! If evolution, there must be others. If
creation, there must be others!
It is only a matter of time now before solid evidence
is found of at least primitive life on other planets.
You might want to read the latest (Dec.) Popular
Mechanics with an article that re-examines the 1976
data from Mars in a manner consistent with life.
Or you might consider the arguements of Prof. Thomas
Gold about deep underground bacteria. Or the
"Martian meteorites". I was deeply disturbed years
ago by the "Orguiel" meteorite evidence of something
alive out there.

The moment is coming when the truth of life outside
earth will be revealed. It will have a profound
impact on people of any religion.

We are a tiny grain of sand in an ocean that is
immense beyond our dreams. And we, as the human race
are collectively reaching "adulthood", when we discard
the things belonging to our childlike past.

Goodbye WTS, hello universe.
