My association with the WTBS was an awakening on how dangerous religions-cults can be. It took me years after leaving that organization to unprogram myself of all the induced fears that I had. Goverments won't get involved in fighting cults like the WTBS, they're smart enough to give a "good image". They tell their subjects, to pay taxes and be obedient to "superior authorities", among other things, so most goverments are content with that. Why get involved ?
On my research of the WT., I founded out, they are one of the most sophisticated cults in the world, they learned to adjust their doctrine according to the works of history. Any person, including JW's, can study their recorded past and present teachings and see that they are a scam. Carl Sagan was a scientist not a religious one and noted the 1914 fiasco. He was amazed of how religion can influence the thinking abilities of their subjects to completely blind them to the cruel reality of them believing, preaching and teaching a lie.
Today JW's are content with the "new light" administrated by the "faithful and discreet slave", erasing out of their memories all the past false predictions and "understandings".
They live in a man made "cacoon" that is made of failed promises created by the "few men in Brooklyn", awaiting their "Paradise". The product of a group of men's fantasies and dreams of power.
