I doubt it. The Society has never endorsed anything produced to meet the brothers' peripheral needs, unless produced directly by itself. I remember a JW-run company which produced bookbags, service record books and other paraphenalia closed down its website about a year ago when the first murmers of disapproval began to drift out of Brooklyn.
I don't expect to see any such endorsement of a JW-kosher "net nanny" unless the WTBS produces it — which they can hardly do, having condemned the Internet as they have just done.
