As a now-retired "gov'mint" worker, I saw many more gaffes over my 33 years. But what the report really brought to my attention was the contrast to the faithful, dedicated brothers and sisters who translate our literature. We should really appreciate them and their efforts. Translating is demanding, difficult work; accurate translation even more so. We can be thankful that when we open our publications we are presented with truth, not gibberish.
As have others, I have also compared our literature in various languages, especially when I am learning a foreign language. It is truly a blessing that what may be "good enough for gov'mint work" has never been a standard for Theocratic Government work!
