John 1:3 says that Jesus created all things, but in Isa. 44:24 God says that he "by myself" created the heavens and the earth. God then asks the question "Who was with me?" when the heavens and the earth were created. Are we to assume from your example that God took it for granted that we would know that even though he said he did this by himself and that no one else was there that Jesus was actually there.
Col.1:16 says that all things have been created for Jesus. If Jesus was Michael at the time of creation, would an angel have created all things for himself? Isa. 43:7 says that God created "everyone...for my own glory...". Who was everything created for an angel or God?
